Common Issues & Fixes

  1. If the output is not updated for guest users (who are not logged in), please clear the cache in your cache plugin, in your web hosting control panel (if it provides caching), and in your Cloudflare dashboard (if you use it).
Alternatively, exclude that page from being cached if its content changes very frequently.
  2. If the images are not displaying, please disable the Lazyload feature in our view/block/widget — in some cases, similar features in other plugins or the theme can cause conflicts.
  3. If the View shortcode doesn’t show correctly, please remove any ‘<pre>’ tags around the View shortcode.
  4. If you use our blocks in the WordPress Block Editor and encounter this issue “Error loading block: Invalid parameter(s)“, please deactivate other block plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing this issue. Once identified, please email us the name of that plugin. We will investigate a solution to prevent that plugin from causing this error with our blocks.
  5. If you have frontend layout issues, please clear the cache in your Cache or Optimization plugin.
Also, try temporarily deactivating other plugins to determine if one of them is causing the issue.
  6. If you have problems after migrating to a new host/server, please deactivate, delete, then reinstall our plugins (our plugin layouts and settings are securely stored and will not be lost during this process).
If the issue persists, we recommend re-running the migration (as incomplete file transfers or database inconsistencies can cause unexpected behavior).
  7. If you experience issues after installing SSL/HTTPS, the SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin may help resolve them.
